COMMON QUESTIONS
SoloBook is currently free for everyone, with one business included. No credit card is required. If pricing changes later, it will be announced on the site.
Yes. A transaction can be marked business, personal, or mixed. Personal transactions are visible only to the business owner.
No. SoloBook keeps your books and prepares reports — a category-by-month summary and a profit-and-loss report — for you or your accountant. It does not file your return and does not give tax, accounting, or financial advice; for tax questions, consult a professional accountant. Reporting built for tax season is in development.
SoloBook imports RBC PDF, Wise CSV, PrivatBank XLSX, and generic CSV files. Importing the same file again does not create duplicates.
Yes. Invite your accountant as a member of the business. They see business data; personal transactions stay visible only to the owner unless the owner explicitly grants personal access.
SoloBook stores your data in a securely hosted database with access control per user and per business. Access to financial data is logged.
